They have a novel approach to taking over the stablecoin market while at the same time grabbing some or all of the wire transfer market in third world countries that have massive inflation. Take a look at some of the big names who have invested in this, includes Coinbase and active/former members of Paypal. Once mainnet is out and their service is out of beta it's easy to see that it will go places. It's safe to assume they will be listed by Coinbase and possibly even Paypal, since they have not designated any stablecoins for their crypto project and there is no way they're going to use Tether (sketchy) or Libra (owned by their competitor).
