Questions that don't deserve their own thread:

Ok so I'm a little lost about something... please enlighten me.

I've been looking hard into crypto for the past month and have bought in, but one thing specifically keeps bothering me and I can't seem to figure it out.

You accumulate thousands of dollars worth of BTC, I'm talking like 100k worth hypothetically. Cool. Now what? How do you turn that straight up into USD? I don't give a shit about having to even pay taxes or whatever, I just want to know how.

I can't find a simple, straight up answer.

You withdraw 10k per day from gdax. Why is this still a question, sign up on gemini too if 10k daily isn't enough because you made a million dollars.

So can I send my coins between the exchange wallet addresses or will something go wrong and I lose my coins? For example sending between polo and bittrex?

Better not to typo that adress right? To get btc to USD just sell then at any major exchange.. EXCHANGE, the word makes sense right?

What shitcoin should I invest .1btc in before I go to bed and then sell in the morning? I'm getting bored shorting BitShares and some whale keeps dipping the price.

If I'm up 100% on a coin should I sell half back to BTC so I'm almost guaranteed not to lose?

Is this a viable startegy to build btc?
I can then rebuy the dip or sell the rest higher

Why do coins sent to wallets for other coins get lost, is there no error-checking there at all for compatibility?

>> No.2443136

>>2442861
Well, no. Each coin is made by a different person or group of programmers. There is little to no incentive to make your wallet cross compatible with any other wallet.

Yes, this is the oldest investing strategy in the book.
Make money, take some profit to cover your initial investment, then let the rest ride. Just as you said you can rebuy later if it goes down or invest in another coin.

I know Coinbase sucks, but I've never had problems withdrawing to Bittrex before.

Just sent .5 ETH from Coinbase to Bittrex, 15 mins have gone by and still at 0 confirmations.

No email, nothing.

Any ideas?

Is IOC a direct competitor to SNT?

You sign up for an exchange and sell the bitcoins there, and then you withdraw the fiat amount from the exchange into your bank account. Most exchanges follow KYC and AML regulations so you provide your >>2440754
name and photo ID and some bank account info to get verified.

If you want to make it harder to trace you can sell coins on localbitcoins and trade for cash in person or using email e-transfers.
