2017 bullrun. Rode shitcoins like Stratis and Antshares in May/June 2017 with a small percentage of my Bitcoin portfolio and more than doubled by BTC stack. Then rode converted 2 BTC to Raiblocks in December 2017 and turned that into over $170K. Laughing at people still holding and shilling 2017 shitcoins. You'll notice EOS/Larimer collected over a billion in ICO money and cashed out all of ETH but they are still holding a ton of BTC. Ride Alt pumps but cash out early even if it means you don't sell all the way at the top. The entire point is to increase you BTC stack. Watch BTC ratios, sats count carefully. Noobs don't get this.

Buy on Coinbase and send to your ledger. Everyone here is going to tell you do something super complex, because this board is contrarian in nature. Just buy BTC on Coinbase, and send it to your ledger.

You can watch youtube videos about how to set up you ledger. Whatever you do, never EVER tell anyone your 24 word seed phrase. You might not know what that is right now, but you will if you watch a few videos about using your ledger.

Feel free to dabble in other coins, but always remember Jesus is king, and BTC is the only coin that matters.

Hard capped only matters if there is demand. Show me another crypto with 5% of the demand shown here?

> Guggenheim is reserving the option to put 10% of its $5.3 billion Macro Opportunities Fund in Bitcoin

> Square Cash App sold $1.63 BILLION in Bitcoin in Q3 of 2020

> Grayscale bought over $1 Billlion in Bitcoin last month

> Microstrategy purchased $375 Million in Bitcoin in August

> Billionaires Paul Tudor Jones, Stanley Druckenmiller, Bill Miller and Ricardo Salinas Pliego are all invested in Bitcoin

Not only that but Bitcoin actually has 10+ years of distribution whereas most of these Alts that are premined gave the founders and insiders most of the supply. Example, Ripple gave the founders 20 fucking Billion ripples, the company owns 50 Billion Ripples and 80% of ripples are owned by less than 100 wallets. Unlike Biz and plebbit these billionaires and large institutions are not retarded enough to buy millions of an asset that founders printed and gave to themselves -- that's like just handing money to scammers.

People need to stop comparing Bitcoin to altcoins. The market cap comparison webistes make no sense. Bitcoin solved trustlessness. Everything else is a private company that's never generated revenue that is selling you on the blockchain buzz word. Even intelligent investors drive these companies up, but sooner or later you realize what Bitcoin actually is, which is the complete opposite to the altcoins, and the entire financial system. Ripple, Chainlink, they're private companies where the founders can literally do whatever they want and because they have no profitability they are forced to sell their tokens on investors heads to remain solvent. Garlinghouse literally said they wouldn't be around if they didn't do this. The market caps they have are beyond stupid.

There's this idea that people have, that investing in these altcoins is promoting this wave of decentralization and trustlessness. Honestly it's tragic.
