To be fair Buffett stays within his circle of competence. His record is a long term one though. In the short term plenty of investors had superior returns but they all crash eventually unless they got out of the game in time like Lynch.

Here we stand at the dawn of a new world order though. Years from now, just like buying KO was for Buffett buying BTC will be for us. There will surely be cynical critics of our acumen when we are old too.

It seems the reason he had higher than normal returns is because he was leveraged at 150%.
which means if he lost all of it he would have a 50% debt...
This is why he has so much cash now because he can't afford to have a -40% crash.
He said to only invest in what you understand which means he can't invest into crypto but we can.
