Want to build a crypto themed website providing some service

>price tracker like coin market cap
>block explorer

These are all kind of old and done already. Anything new you guys think would be cool to see?

I'm specifically trying to avoid or minimize creating anything on chain
My dream is to run an exchange, to do it in the USA is almost impossible though. Maybe if I hosted in EU and banned US IPs I could do it legally? Really I want to start with something simpler though and then create my empire.
