I bought 500 more shares yesterday, I bought 4/21 15c earlier this week but those are ITM already.

The 4/21 30c are $2.50/share, what the fuck. Even the 1/15 30c are $1.07/share. Just buy calls that are ITM or slightly OTM because otherwise the premiums are ridiculous. the safest way to play options is to just treat it like you're leveraging shares. If you buy ITM calls, say something with solid fundamentals like TSM, you can just buy Jan 2022 calls at the $45 strike for example. Those cost you $53.95/share so you're only paying like a 25 cent premium on every share. No real loss of value from theta or whatever to worry about
This way, you can basically gain the gains from almost 2 shares with the leverage even if you only have the capital to buy 1 shares. The opposite is true, 2x loss, so make sure your DD is correct
