All in into a municipal bond (10-15 years) with a 5% coupon / 3-5% yield.

It's an easy 50k a year that's tax free. I can live off of 20k a year and invest the rest. No idea what I will do once the bond matures and I'm paid back the principal... Didn't think that far ahead.
