its actually backed by the economic failure of the west and the coming great depression and hyper inflation and failure of fiat currency due to devaluing the fiat currencies.

Its all backed by nothing! We can be rug pulled at any minute if someone THEY don't like gains too much power. One day everything is humming along on Monstickers then BOOM! I hope you started accumulating Lick'N'Stick Alien Stamps cause thats the new fiat.

Like anything else, it is backed by confidence. You are confident that someone else values it enough to buy it from you.

the reason that bitcoin is not backed by anything is extremely bullish is because all "backed" securities are scams.

when you can't separate value from the token representing it then you have no way to pull a fractional reserve fraud.

just remember why the gold standard failed... it was not because gold lost value. but because ""backing"" is a scam.

True, that's why u better go for CURIO.

Curio (CUR) will be the first crypto project to make staking/passive income possible with real-world assets as collateral (Ferrari, Real-estate etc).
They are building something similar like MakerDAO, and their own CapitalDEX based on a uniswap fork, as a regulated security-token DEX.

It will be the ultimate form of DeFi
