Look at it this way. If it goes up, you lost out on getting out at break even or with some profit.

If it crashes down, you pat yourself on the back for seeing the train wreck approaching and jumping ship early.

Make peace with what you did, tell yourself you are alright with it, and find a new investment. Also, don't fomo. Get something that is low compared to what it was that you think is going to rally again, and go with that.
