Yes, NOW. That is the point. Tesla isn't valued as a car manufacturer for those that are buying it at $400 or even at current prices almost reaching $600. Investors are seeing the future revenues, like the deployment of FSD, Tesla licensing their battery technology (Remember Qualcomm?) etc.

I agree that the rest of the EV market is in a bubble because Tesla is carrying the entire sector but those companies are overvalued because they don't have this future revenues in sight with the exception of NIO but even then I would argue that their future revenues are going to be a problem even with the current valuation.
