They caused Pajeeta and her kids to lose all their BTC because they locked it in a broken KYC system. They are total shit. People were trying to find their building and homes in real life to confront the CEOS. The same shit happened with Poloniex. Both companies lied to the customers. There is no reason to use them because Binance has higher volume.
