craig tried to get the case completely thrown out by asking a federal court for a summary judgement. the federal court ruled against craig and told him to fuck off and go to trial. in doing so, they created a pretty good synopsis of the case thus far and it's a good resource if you need a QRD.

no it's not. it has a tampered consensus algo that broke the nakamoto consensus. which means even if you changed the network id back no original node would ever sync up with sv ruleset. the consensus and difficulty adjustment algo was set in stone for a reason. it was the only way to ensure software could objectively tell what is bitcoin and what is not. and that's just one of the many reasons why sv has absolutely nothing to do with bitcoin.
