In general, yes, probably. However the amount of institutional money in the system now will likely have somewhat of a buffering effect on volatility MAYBE. I expect another near term bubble but with lower (relative) high and higher low.

Also we have to keep in mind that some of these projects are not speculative anymore. That will affect volatility as well.
