Today was the first day I ever sold covered calls. For reference I made about 400 dollars selling calls that expire this week. I know I can’t count my chickens before the hatch but they have a chance of getting iv crushed and maybe even expiring out of the money.

This really feels like free money basically if the stock blows past the otm strike I still win because I’m selling hundreds for a profit while keeping the premium and if it doesn’t reach the strike I keep the premium and my stock.
