What is the best part of the usa to live in on 20,000 a year?

I really liked oklahoma city, but the taxes are so damn high.

Memphis is a shit hole, I almost called killed by a baboon today. Oregon and washington are too expensive.

New hampshire is too hillbilly.

Amarillo texas was the most depressing place I have ever seen aside from memphis.

Also everything is cheap AF and as an American you can stay longer than Europeans.
