blackrock was the first big mover and has seen wild success offering btc-paired products, paypal jumped on board as you probably know

now more hedge funds and financial institutions are being forced to scoop up BTC to back their crypto-products, because they are forced to compete in an emerging market

I agree, crypto is now taken much more serious by big institutional investors and big companies. Maybe its because good projects have matured and trash has been killed off. The fact that they are in for the ride, at least to a significant degree, legitimizes crypto. It is here to stay.
