How much money does someone have to be willing to invest/ risk throwing away to make money trading?

500$ 1000? 1500? 5g? 10G ect ect ect ...

I know 500$ normally doesnt give the return yall would hope it could. Its all proportional.

I started with 1k and put it all on link at 2.50 to start. I'd say thats a good a out because the price fluctuations are atleast noticeable with 1k but it really wasn't until 5-10k range that I began to feel what was going on.
