Why the fuck does every single altcoin website look exactly the same style?

just a FEW examples, they are all basically this. Which begs the question.... is it all 1 guy? Is it part of an indian scam conspiracy?

some of them are genuinely the same people or companies but the reason the websites look the same is because its a template design i believe, if you look at companies with active devs and unanonimous members, like monero and zcash, its obviously different people competing against one another, but then komodo could be anybody because the devs are secretive

It's called bootstrap, these are templates that ate easy to fill in when you want to make a basic website that is also responsive for mobile use.
I've used it before, many websites are like this nowadays.
