This is what happens when you get all your dd from /smg/
Basically, they are going to hear this Fall from the usace whether their permit is approved, whether they are receiving a hard no, or whether they need to go back to the drawing board and submit a new proposal to be permitted. The USACE basically never gives hard nos, they, like every other permitting agency in the universe who wants to profit off of entrepreneurs, are willing to play ball and tell you to adjust x or do y. This is because they dont profit from shutting projects down, they profit from making you adhere to various rules that they will assuredly make you pull permits for

Anyway, so theres basically a null chance that NAK will get a hard no. The precarious issue for the stock right now is more related to the timeline of their permitting. If they have to go back to the drawing board now, Biden will likely be president and will be able to fuck with them before they can submit a new proposal. However, if they get permitted now , they have cleared the federal level permitting phase of the project, and only have to worry about state and local agencies going forward. If Biden were to fuck with them after receiving a federal permit , NAK would easily be able to win any court case against an executive order or whatever to shut them down, because they got the permit before he was president so no takebacks.

Tldr if Biden wins it doesnt matter as long as they get permitted this Fall. If they cant get permitted this Fall and Biden steals the election successfully, they have stormy waters ahead of them.

Keep looking at tickers where I'm considering doing something only to bail out and anywhere from a few hours to a few months later it moons hard. Sometimes I do buy but I throw so little into it that by the time it moons I made a "pittance" compared to going all in and raking in a lot.

Alright just remember to be patient when getting those LEAPS and don't FOMO into the ask price. It took awhile for mine to get filled originally. Take the following with a grain a salt, but looking at some dark pool data, the current trend for MARA tends to be bullish. Also a nice close into the AH today. Shitcoin seems to have rejected 19k for now, so we'll see how it goes this weekend.
