This is basically a moon shot buy where you purchase now with the hope/idea they manage to tokenize real estate in a meaningful manner as they say they plan to do so. If they are successful in that regard the value will be unreal. Its hard to know if they can manage it though. I was going to buy DMG at the low of nearly .16 but I was turned off once I realized you could farm the token.
