Defi sphere is expanding quickly but still it`s a problem to come across worthy platform.
Has anyone tried baseprotocol.org? Found blockchain experts reviews about it, sounds interesting. What do you think?

Staking is variable yield. If enough people think this and don't stake, doesn't the interest get up to like 18%? Where are you getting the best yield right now btw?

My stack is 220 and I never plan to sell the last 32 unless a better smart contract platform is actually adopted. The larger your stack, the less significant running a node or two becomes.

Even then, I might not stake right away.

The problem is, if you're more excited about yield in defi locking it up for 2 years+ for uncertain yield and without the ability to exit is quite troublesome. If on the other hand a whale was more interested in supporting the 2.0 initiative then it would be better to stake earlier to boost confidence so that everyone else isn't waiting forever in a giant game of chicken.
