I think there are three major benefits to university- branding, networking, and having access to resources like the library. Working at the library is much more productive than working in your room. However it seems that this is way less accessible because of chink AIDS. If you're going to be taking fully remote classes there's not much point in going to university

i started an online master's degree this semester and it's a huge fucking joke. all the teachers have other jobs so don't even take the time to make recorded lectures, it's literally just homework- i click onto the class page, see my assignments for the week, and turn them in for grades. they don't even bother to give feedback, they just give me a grade.
