IDK dude, I wouldn't want to hold this token. Extract as much value (for example them reimbursing you for selling) as you can then dump in portions getting as much as you can for the tokens. Lie as much as you need to, and preferably make him pay at least twice (pay you to sell, then make up a bs reason after selling half why you need more).

Can't say much more without knowing what token it is. Just get as much as you can on your way out.

Tell him you'll give him the tokens for 1.5x their current market value. Make him pay 50% of that sum for 50% of your current holdings up front. If he doesn't pay, then no tokens for him. If he does pay, then repeat those steps for the remaining tokens.
