I imagine that if you're Vietnamese you would have to provide your adresses to the government? These would then pick up every transaction made from every vietnamese adress and log them on the Lition sidechain or so?
Between Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bcash and Ripple there are about 2.5M txs worldwide per day.

If you count EOS and Tron transactions and BSV, USDT, XMR etc. Then I come at 12 Million txs.
So then it could be about 150k txs/day from this usecase. Off course if crypto gets higher adoption then it's possible that it would grow to a million per day or so. In any case it would be anywhere from a medium sized usecase to a massive usecase.
And it could open up the way for other central banks.
