Team has never built anything before this.. They were garbage men, welders, and other shit before they became desktop grid enthusiasts turned "Token Founders"..
Not to say those jobs don't take skill, but they have no business running a software team, let alone building a decentralized platform.
Every iexec side project has been borderline a scam/heavily mismanaged. Some of those by RLC "Founders". RLC has 0 chance at success. It is a shit show used to enrich the founders with very little given back to community for actually keeping it going and contributing.
RLC Founders keep their stash in BTC for the most part(some 6,000 BTC). Should be all you need to know in their own faith of their project.
I'm a worker who has seen the show from the inside.. I only keep my node running to turn it into other more valuable coins at this point. Trust me when I say it's a complete shit show. If it weren't for a few very smart worker pools, the wheels would have fallen off already.
"Invest" at your own risk, but i assure you it won't end well.

crypto-to-crypto events are taxable, you greedy retard. In order for any enterprise to be tax-compliant, using a volatile token to pay for computing creates an accounting nightmare. Every single transaction must be recorded, with the token price at that moment. How many transactions per hour are we talking about for a large enterprise? Now extrapolate that through an entire year. Take off your moonboy blinders and think about it. No CFO is going to sign off on this.

Maybe, if the token were a stablecoin pegged to the USD, or even USD itself, this could work. But it's not. Why not?

Envision if you will a future where blockchain projects have real world utility, as opposed to our current state where we are all speculating, trading, making money (or losing it) based on ideas. For any of these ideas to actually function in the real world, they need to have the ability to compute data. Iexec aims to offer computing power in a decentralised marketplace where theoretically any and every computer can access and profit off of computing power, and anyone can access this marketplace to utilise the available computing power. The potential at its peak is a literal world supercomputer, and its potential today is to enable blockchain projects to transition from an idea to real world utility.

We can't move forward in the blockchain realm without 2 things: oracle's and computing power. Oracle's have been solved by Link and computing power will be solved by Iexec.
