I lease. Cars dump value with every mile/day/month you drive them. I like turning it in for a new one with no real liability in the meantime.

I can buy if I want to at the and of the lease, and this is not congruent with home owning vs. renting. Houses often APPRECIATE in value, vehicles seldom do.
