It's not? Delta is 50/50 STA/ETH and is a workaround for a flaw in the Balancer system. If you actually opened the article you would see it's working just as well albeit it's more complicated as a whole. Mind you, Statera's ATH wasn't until a month AFTER it was removed from Balancer.

Also the devs have been hinting towards having STA back in a pool that is similar to Balancer.

The biggest issue with STA is it's so called deflation, it's the only feature of this token. Other actual DeFi projects have added that mechanism to their own projects or have it already built in. Google "DeFi Deflation" you'll get a lot of results. Things move fast in this space, don't get left behind bag holding for a dashboard, something nobody asked for.
