I'm a pretty new crypto investor, but from what I've noticed with every project I've ever invested in so far, that 99% of the time pumps start when I go to sleep, around 11pm-1am EST here, and then by the time I wake up in the morning at 8am it's already dumped a good amount. There are obvious tells that any person should know though because people are predictable. For example if ERSDL pumped past 2c tonight I would probably sell because there is no reason for it to pump without some upcoming event or good news. Or I noticed that at new milestones altcoins like to dump - .01c, .015c, .02c, etc. So I'm not going to try to risk it too much, just going to try to apply some analysis and personal experience and see how it goes. It would be worth it cause otherwise I would just buy back in at a slight loss if I'm unsure.

Hhuman beans are better at timing trends on a longer scale I think. People flittering in and out of things get wrecked by trading algos and such especially the higher the token goes in daily trade volume. There is basically a whole sub-industry in trading meant to game people like that. It looks so easy, looking at the chart in hindsight, but when I do petty swings I find I get magically wrecked. All of my success has come from the stuff I'm trying to communicate to people here, swinging on a scale of days and weeks if not plain hodling things when the time comes.

I think the optimal role of staking is to accumulate during crab or bear markets. Look up and read about impermanent loss to learn more about it. I can chug out example numbers on the rate of income you'd get staking x amount and compare that to what I thiiiiiiink is gonna happen on the chart for hodlers, but to really get into the risks, there are resources better than me that can explain it in an organized and maybe even concise way.
