Its super early days, marketing hasn't started yet, custom yield protocol being worked on, set for release in december, marketing will accompany it. Dev has delivered roadmap goals on time so far.

I think you should look up what having locked liquidity means. It doesn't mean the dev owns 90%. Dev controls around 7% of tokens to be used for marketing/project development. Statera team would hold a lot more tokens if the refund never happened, they didn't choose to have a tiny share of the tokens.
