I'm a massive crypto noob, I think I may be too stupid to get into this but something tells me I just don't know what sources an absolute beginner can learn from. Please can somebody point in the right direction I'm nearly 30 and I'm so tired I know it will take some time but just to have a glimmer of hope that I won't have to slave away anymore is really comforting.

Elite coins are BTC and XRP. Put most of your capital into these 2. Noteworthy contenders but not elite status are LINK and XRP. The rest is very shady shitcoin tier but can yield some great gains like 10x 50x 100x. It's pretty much all you need.

Buy Eth, BTC, and BNB, in that order. Do this with 70% of whatever you invest. The 30% is then spread over whatever shitcoins take your fancy. This is by far the safest bet. Do this within the next 6-8 months. Once market goes full green mode, sell them all.

Chances are you'll sell BTC first, put that profit into shitters and then wait. Once Eth and shits make good money sell them too. Now either cash out or short the market 5X and increase gains somewhat safely.

Done. You have a minimum 15x investment return.

Youtube is a good resource if you stay away from the obvious moon boys. Benjamin Cowen makes some great videos and he approaches his analysis/opinion with a level head.
The Crypto Investor is another good one. He doesn't really make videos anymore but in 2017 he was the shit. Gave logical fud all while trading and taking profits. Data Dash is another person I watch.
So after you watch some general videos on what blockchain and bitcoin is, look for channels that aren't overflowing with blind optimism.
As you do that, try to look at the history of BTC, the history of ETH, the history of LINK. How they were created, how much FUD they received, and how the community behind cryptocurrencies came to be. Once you get a feel for the history of these communities you'll be better able to identify the Indians on this board. And you'll also see WHY those coins are on the top.

Decentralised networking. Largest network in crypto - 34,000 nodes. They have signed contracts with Synology, iQIYI (Chinese Netflix) and a good few other large enterprise companies. Completely under the radar as they do no marketing at all. It's never had a proper run ever. Prime for piss-take returns within the next 12 months. Their new website is about to be sorted out but they have a load of good info on their current one too. Genuinely worth 5 minute look.
