Yes, RSR is burned, but the supply is crazy high. The market cap would be ridiculous. This idea only works in a perfect utopia, not in third world shitholes.

There are plenty of workarounds for app access, which is the only real point of attack. Oulawing an ethereum wallet isn't feasible.

I don't see why this is the case. If the team were dumb enough to try to restrict its value to outsiders then who would continue to buy it once the protocol is running? They'd end up bagholding their own project.

Current projections given by the team put it at 2-5% burn, annually. Further, over half of the total supply is held by the foundation (not the team personally) and subject to additional restrictions.
I personally doubt it will reach $10 in any reasonable timeframe.
