Bezos has a different talent than Sergey.
Bezos is good at optimizing a system quickly and finding its flaws which allowed him to make Amazon the best platform and kill his competitors.

Sergey only has his strong moral values, some knowledge on psychology and some form of autism and/or perfectionism which he uses to create a strong network effect around Chainlink by putting his customer desires to the front with a clear vision of his project and not abusing his power to cause someone to dislike him.
