Great, you have a resto, now you have to hire local labor. What kind of people work in a resto? Smart, talented ones? No, cheap labor that has no where else to go, so you need to lower how to qualify and pay someone enough to show up and be your bitch.

Then food, cost of food is never set, it is variable and dependent on supply/demand, you can go lazy and go through Sysco, but then you pay 10-25% higher margin, that you can't afford, if you source locally, you will have outs/overunns and will have waste/shrink.

Then you will have shrink from the employees stealing from the register, and till.

Then with commercial real estate, you'll have to sign a personal guarantee, no one is renting on credit and not to a new LLC/corp. You registered one, right?
