Yes number of wallets has decreased, because some people sold and moved on to the next thing. Happens all the time, especially when a coin hasn't pump for a while, ie STA.

So it looks like they've just said the project is "putting STA in liquidity pools again" If they just mean getting it to work in the current version of Balancer, which it sounds like they do because what other liquidity pools does it not work in, then I am a little less excited. I thought we were looking at an ecosystem expansion which is what STA eventually needs. Just being able to use plain STA isn't as exciting to me, because if the dashboard does its job normies wouldn't care what goes on behind the scenes, they just want to click and be invested, whether its STA or Delta in the Balancer wouldn't matter to most of them.
So if they are talking about Balancer it sounds to me like they're trying to run a private pool as those are not vulnerable. They could be setting up a contract that owns the pool and that contract would be designed to not execute anything to the pool that would fuck things up.
