Assuming we see a LINK-type run, and also assuming the circulating supply stays the same, if RSR hits ~6Bn. market cap, a 35x from here, that puts it at about $0.63/RSR. During the 2017 run, there were 20 coins (including BTC and ETH) that were above $6bn. market cap. The #50 coin, GXShares, was sitting at $288mm market cap during the peak. $6bn market cap were coins like Monero, NEO, EOS, DASH, IOTA, Stellar, Litecoin, and then you had $14bn market cap coins like NEM and TRON, Cardano at $26bn and of course Ripple at a whopping $122bn. at the peak.

The parallels are pretty interesting. If you look at XRP price in 2017, it started life at .015 cents, pretty much where RSR is now. If you assume a linear match, RSR *could* easily hit $1.

Everyone needs to 'ignore' the whole suicide stack narrative. Think about it this way. If you have $100 to spare right now, and you pick up about 5,500 RSR and it hits $1, you'll be pretty happy with the gains, no? Buy what you can afford to lose and ignore it until it hits your price target. If you can afford $1,000, go all-in. People who are over invested are the ones that will fuck up and sell too early.

>> No.23864606

coinbase will be offering arbitrage "staking" so it makes sense that they would want to offer people a secure way to hold their rsr. i expect they will also add rsv at some point soon since you will need both to complete the interaction with the smart contract.

nothing is 100% but rsr getting a coinbase listing is about as close to 100% as you can get before it happens in my opinion. they are an equity investor in the project, it's not just some shitcoin to them and they also have a better understanding than most people about the potential of rsv in the remittance markets, on-ramping and self-custody banking.

we could see 3-5 cent rsr soon, before a coinbase listing and it wont need "muh mainnet" in order to get listed. the rsv app is in closed-beta and very close to moving into open-beta, once the app is in open-beta coinbase could pull the trigger on a listing for both rsr and rsv. rsv will be used to on-ramp users from venezuela/columbia/brazil/argentina so it makes sense for them to start accepting transfers into their exchange from these areas as soon as possible. also with the new coinbase card they could technically give these same people a debit card so they can on-ramp with rsv and then exchange rsv directly into usd via the debit card (depending on the debit card's limitations). basically providing an unlimited access to dollars without a bank for anyone that's using the rsv app.

this may sound dumb but just trying to think reasonably....

I guess first question would be, was XRP listed on coinbase during the bullrun in 2017? I cant really remember.

2nd, do you think this will likely see the same extreme push to higher highs given how many more coins are now on coinbase. I feel like when BCH dropped and it shot to 4k in like a minute it was slightly due to the lack of options at that time so people went all in on the "new coin".

From that i may allocate 200K for swinging, most likely for when it re tests it's ATH and also big announcements such as Exchange listings etc and reserve the extra 100k to cash out when it hits $1 as insurance for if my swings fail. September/October dump taught me a lot about not taking profits... The other 1M i'll hold for generational wealth.
