Its just an upgrade process that is going to take place over the next maybe 2 years and that changes a lot of things in the backend of ETH. You dont have to do anything tho.

Dont actively trade crypto if you dont understand basic elements of the space like this upgrade. You are going to lose money to more knowledgable people, even in a bullmarket. Just buy and hold top coins until you have done your research.
