Pulsarcap10

Pulsarcap10 project is a cyclic hyper deflationary token, that dynamically changes the burning % of each transaction EVERY 3 HOURS. It caps hodlers with a maximum cap of 300K $PC10 to prevent whale manipulation. This token is community-based and with lots in store, from NFTs, Yield farming of $BURST (utility token of the ecosystem, smart contract unreleased.).
