Anon above is right.

Simple solution to not get taxed on your crypto
Don't hold a job which will reduce most anons income to 0. Most of you don't have jobs anyway so this step is easy.
Reduce your living expenses to under 40k a year and cash out only 40k a year of your crypto. Pay no taxes on capital gains because you're under poverty level
Ez.

but
In all seriousness if you have over 10k in crypto on an exchange just pay the 15% capital gains taxes on your total profits (not for every trade that's unnecessary and dumb) next time on taxes. If you hold <$10,000 literally nothing will happen if you don't pay taxes. That's the minimum I've been paying and I haven't had any problems with the IRS. Currently my portfolio is only worth $24,000 but in 2017 I had $55,000 and never had any problems. Of course it was all on Bittrex and I don't think they were reporting shit back in 2017, only Coinbase was.

There has been too much violence, too much pain.
None here are without sin, but I have an honorable compromise: Just pay your taxes.
Cash out your crypto, get an accountant, print out your info from exchanges, report all your gains, and I spare your life.
Just pay your taxes. I will give you safe passage in the threads.
Just pay your taxes and there will be an end to the horror.
I await your answer. You have one more post to decide.

Here are your best chances

1. move abroad. Preferably drop u.s citizenship

2. dont work, take out less than 40k year so 0% capital taxes

3. dont sell into cash, use atm machines or brokers

4. sell into a corporation you own with an anonymous owner (those shady LLCs)

the puerto rico trick only really works if you move there prior to obtaining the crypto that you will sell. If you owned say X amount of btc prior to moving to the island it doesnt count, or it becomes proportional to your time on the island.

me too, except irs taxes go straight to bankers (interest payments on the unpayable debt, most of which is just the bullshit fee the banks charge for the "right" to own money. everything in the actual government is funded by other taxes.

look up "debt-based currency".
watch the documentaries "freedom to fascism" and "the secret of oz".

that said, i don't pay irs taxes now because i know they will never go after a small fry, but if i make it, i plan on becoming a public figure, so ill have to pay.

but at least i dont have to pay the inflation tax by holding their currency. if i get rich enough i can even hire some jew lawyers help me dodge taxes legally.
