How would it be possible to use Qf codes to determine the legitimacy of the election?

It's not like ballots are allocated on an individual level, they print as many ballots as are needed for as many voters with spares left over and voters legitimise them by signing them. Secondly even if they were allocated individually (not true) why would they use blockchain to take note of something instead of a traditional database. Theres no net benefit and it seems like this boomer just threw that in there to make it harder for retards to understand and because he himself doesn't understand blockchain.

It's just a qtard bullshit. The issue isn't the legitimacy of the physical paper the mail-in ballots are printed on. The issue is that there's vote harvesting going on, basically that people are filling out and sending in ballots who aren't actually the people that they say they are.
