Biden is going to outlaw withdrawing from exchanges into local wallets in order to render Bitcoin illegal outside of the scope of governments throught KYC fiat interfaces, drying the liquidity pool for OTC markets, scaring investors and miners, thus lowering the hashrate resulting in lower prices. Europe will follow with similar regulations within this decade.

The ongoing speculation is due Trump's insanity on Twitter calling for a civil war. Once certainty is restored and Biden gets elected, regulations will take place so you can expect prices that will make for a capitulation of all the retard money in the space. Most altcoins will die because they will not be able to sustain the big crash of BTC's price.

On the long run, Bitcoin will survive after proving it can survive without the approval of governments. Hyperinflation of fiat currencies, ban on cash and impossibility to cross a border with metals will drive Bitcoin above $1,000,000 within OTC markets. Goverments will become impotent at the fact and accept circulation of it again to get a cut on VAT and capital gains within their jurisdictions.

The real, full frontal attack by governments will be the real nuclear winter buying opportunity.

Unlikely. Nontheless, Trump isn't a fan of Bitcoin. While Trump is better for monetary freedom than Biden, you are just delaying the inevitable.

So you can put them on your own wallet and move to some tax haven.

Probably the worse thing for cryptocurrency is a democratic politician. The odd thing is or was that trumps cabinet was actually fine with their existence, and he said something to the effect we need to respect this generation’s technology on a congressional hearing.

You do realize if trump takes this to the supreme court, and he will, they will very likely throw out all ballots that were brought in passed the allotted time(which was 8:00pm in some states). These ballots would be considered illegal and thrown out in the "republican" majority supreme court.
This is going to be a bumpy ride.
