why can't each ballot be serialized? Use SS#/state issued id# to vote. Gather vote data and store in a "national election registry" that is ran on a blockchain. User can access registry on .gov site for a fee of lets say a dollar...and verify their SS# matches their ballot serial number and matches their vote. No UV watermarks, no fraud, everybody is happy. Whats the problem here?
