You are somebody who hasn't been paying attention at all. This was pretty much known when Bitcoin was holding a solid 9k, then we were getting new that Fidelity, BAC, Wells Fargo, JPM, Central Banks, DOJ, IRS, and other institutions were actually coming out and confirming their holdings. Also, Bitcoin has separated from the stock market some time ago. Pay attention anon or you will fall behind.

Basically no matter what happens in politics, more stimulus is guaranteed which is good for all asset classes besides the dollar. The current election jitters are just the cherry on the cake
