Limit yourself to 100 carbs a day to start and do intermittent fasting. Focus on eating high quality animal products, fats, and some veggies. 8 hours may be too much sleep. Try taping your mouth shut to force nasal breathing at night. Exercise every day. Good luck

Gonna add on to this anon. You don't need to be fat or a mouth breather to have sleep apnea. All you need to do is slouch. I've had sleep apnea for the past year because I've been a lazy depressed NEET with no future, and I slump over all day, practically into a permanent fetal position. Additionally, if you don't brush your teeth, your tongue can swell up and impede your airway. And don't ever whisper to yourself, it tightens your throat.

The most important thing to know is that you don't need to stop breathing to have problems. If your airway is constricted, you will breathe slower, which will fuck you up just the same, if not even more so.
