How do you even lose money in crypto, like literally how?

>pick a stablecoin, literally any stablecoin, BTC is probably the best bet but again, it literally doesn't matter
>Slowly invest, maybe invest more if it dumps significantly
>And then all you literally ahve to do is wait, just wait, and eventually it will pump
>sell at a profit, never a loss

How fucking stupid do you have to be to lose money in crypto, I cannot wrap my brain around this.

Do you? Here, I'll help you out.

Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies designed to minimize the volatility of the price of the stablecoin, relative to some "stable" asset or basket of assets. A stablecoin can be pegged to a cryptocurrency, fiat money, or to exchange-traded commodities (such as precious metals or industrial metals). Stablecoins redeemable in currency, commodities, or fiat money are said to be backed, whereas those tied to an algorithm are referred to as seigniorage-style (not backed).[1]

Everyone eventually learns this. But it takes at least 2 bull runs to finally get it.

First Bull Run:
>buys everything
>falls for every pump and dump because they think they are priced out of BTC
>gets burned and will eventually capitulate into BTC to hold after they realize BTC is end game of crypto

Second Bull Run:
>holds BTC while the market goes up
>thinks it's going to go up forever
>iron hands doesn't sell or fall for pajeet scams
>Ends 70% down from ATH

Third Bull Run - Pending:
>seasoned in crypto
>may or may not sell to tired to bother
>refreshes biz every minute looking for a good thread
>just waiting for BTC to 10x so they can retire from the clown world
>family and friends ask about BTC, say they sold it all

Are you a Bitcoin Hodler or are you waiting to buy? If you wait to buy what would be the price you'd buy in? A little above that is the support.
If you're a Hodler, are feeling any sell pressure? Do you think Bitcoin is overvalued right now? Or are you just waiting for the price to dip so you can accumulate more? If you feel like 2) then Bitcoin is bullish. If you feel like you should sell to take your profits it's bearish.

no man, stablecoin mean one thats pegged to a currecy like tether. bitcoin has been known to lose half it’s value in a day, so it’s not stable. maybe you mean a hi-cap or midcap? bitcoin is really in a class of its own.

there is bitcoin, then eth, then mid-caps, then low-caps/shitcoins. (some refer refer to all crypto as shitcoins.) stable coins are seperate from that because their market cap doesn’t matter. as long as people believe usdt can be redeemed for usd, it will be worth a dollar regardless of market cap.

to answer your original post, there have been alt-coins (non-bitcoin) that have pulled quick 10x’s, and some even 100x or 1000x. people who are desperate to change their lives get thinking that bitcoin is going up too slowly, or not enough for them to ever quit their jobs, and after watching other people get rich quick they try to jump on some altcoin or trade on margin and get rekt. lots of people just did the same thing with tesla.

also remember a lot of people who were invested in bitcoin years ago who would be billionaires got their bitcoin stolen. so be careful of that and learn the tech properly.
