Not really.

For the bigger networks, that might be possible but you're going to need enormous bags to get in the door.

For the smaller networks, the returns aren't that great.

Also, typically to operate your node you are going to need to stake. And that means you're going to need to lock up funds. In the meantime, the coin can go poo poo on your head.

So, if you want to do this at all, do it because you like the network. It is unlikely that you will be able to make a great living simply running various blockchain nodes.
