But add/cycle also other things with it (niacin, ALA, NAC, pectaclear, glutamic acid, liposomal melatonin, ion footbath, DMSA, potentially MSM, etc.), however always with emeramide. Add DMSO to see if it enhances the effect. Additionally keep vitamin and mineral status high. For purging depression and anxiety, keep all B vitamins in active form high, except maybe metafolin and methyl-B12, as many react poorly if toxic, use hydroxo- and adenosyl-B12 and folinic acid then, also high doses of biotin to boost B12 usage in the body.
