For every trillion USD that powell prints, any underlying assets held by RSV have to appreciate in tandem or it becomes unbacked. If houses or stocks or crypto deflate but the dollar inflates, this coin becomes worse than useless as a stablecoin.
Trying to peg something to the dollar without dollars to back it up is simply impossible, which is why they include a disclaimer on their website.
