I'm thinking about hiring a live-in maid to clean my house, run my errands, and potentially keep me company. I have experimented with getting a girl to be a live in maid. Seems like it should be a great use of money right? Turns out that it requires a ton of management, marketing, almost hypnotizing the wagie to enjoy the work. Money is not enough.

What you really want to do is hire a company that already does this and has the checklists, equipment, uniforms and reward systems in place already, and you just have to pay up.
Or you could create such a company, so that the maids not only service you, service other rich guys too (this is going to cost them A LOT though. Wagies are very hard to force to do jobs they don't want to do, such as cleaning and pretending to be happy while doing it)
