Google cloud would be the best equipped to accelerate tensor flow models.

Used to work at google cloud. They release free to everyone, but plan on being the best place to run those models.

Do people actually do that though? Not really. Everyone still just goes AWS cuz it's the modern day IBM. No one gets fired for choosing AWS.
