Ah yes, another day of wage slaving where the whole team gangs up on me during a meeting and gossip through chats.

How much longer bro's, I'm so tired.

There are no such things, a chance of scenery is the only thing you get out of it.

Just stop giving a fuck and do the bare minimum. Stop replying to every email, stop giving a fuck about deadlines, stop caring about the quality of your work, etc. Treat it as your subsidy.

What kind of jobs ya'll do that you happen to have colleagues like that? I work in an engineering firm for metal constructions and everyone is either some kind of an autist or a senile boomer. The only woman in our office is some old black boomer lady they put in for human resources for I guess diversity/gender quota, she is actually quite kind to all of us. The job itself is boring but it's comfy and pays well.

Just have to wait until society accepts that loners are a thing and respects our needs as they do with socially active people, increasing productivity and lessening attrition.

Exactly. Why give 100% when they pay you for 60%?

>> No.23570357

stop putting in more than the minimum effort. society is currently rigged against you, if you are a male, particularly a white male, but a male in general really. so, fuck it, shrug, atlas, what are they going to do, fire you? who cares, if you have any kind of financial responsibility at all, you arent paycheck to paycheck, and can just wander off to another job and do the same thing.

two choices: accept the criticism, in which case you're at fault for fucking up, or defend yourself, in which case they're at fault for being petty faggots. govern yourself accordingly, boy.

Not OP, but most times it's not a clear-cut "correct/incorrect" thing. There's no such thing as a perfect solution, only trade-offs, and sometimes the value of those trade-offs are nebulous and highly dependent on personal experience/priorities/etc. In theory you can tie those changes to some dollar amount, but generating that data would be more expensive than the change itself.
